Yes, I made a base~ It was based off a drawing I had started of my character Mordred, but "The Mordred Base" sounded boring....and using his last name would have made it "The Ryder base" which is decieving  So, now it's the ":/" base. Cause that's the face he's making. The rules are on it and such....yup.
